Most elderly people do not intentionally go to unfamiliar or uncharted places before they get lost. Rather, they have overestimated their ability to recognize roads, and even if they go to familiar places, they still end up getting lost and become lost. If caregivers have a basic understanding of the daily habits of the elderly, for example, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays, the elderly used to go to the parks of the neighboring housing estates to do morning exercises with their friends, this would be valuable clues that could help to successfully locate the lost elders.
