Nowadays, we often see a lot of people with cognitive impairment getting lost through news reports, newspapers or social media. Common characteristics of lost elders are: wandering on the street, staring blankly, looking tired, not dressed appropriately (e.g. pajamas or clothes that are not suitable for the weather), communication difficulties, no money and wanting to take transportation. If we pay more attention to them in the community and accompany them to the police station to seek help, it will help the carers to find them as soon as possible.
