Finally, the family went to Shatin Wai Police Station to pick up the mother and returned to the Eastern District Police Station to close the case.

Ms. Huang said that her mother was very panicked during her mother's disappearance. Even now, she still feels very scared when she thinks about it, and she is worried that she will be lost again.

Maybe that person is the missing elderly person. If citizens find a missing elderly person, please help contact the police. During the process of being lost, Ms. Huang's mother did not have a penny, but she was able to take public transportation to Shatin Wai. There must be a kind person or driver who let Ms. Huang's mother take a free bus. However, if they can ask a question, they may be able to identify the elderly's situation earlier and provide appropriate assistance.
3. If you encounter an elderly person who does not know how to answer a mobile phone, you may want to provide assistance. Ms. Huang mentioned that she tried to call her mother's safe mobile phone during the period when she was lost, but her mother did not answer. Fortunately, a passerby answered the phone for her mother and took her mother to the police station, so that the family could reunite with her mother.

*According to the police's advice, if the family suspects that the elderly are lost, they should call the police immediately for help. The family does not need to wait 24 hours after the elderly are lost to report the case.
