Material:
- 2 strands of celery
- Half green pepper
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 bitter melon
- 1 apple
practice:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables until they are juiced. Do not add water. Use a juicer to squeeze them.
How to drink:
- Squeezed fruit and vegetable juice should be consumed within 15 minutes to avoid spoilage
