Healthy Recipe Sharing – Tomato Jellied Soup
focus:
Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, a type of carotenoid, which is a strong antioxidant that can help the body remove free radicals and protect the brain from such oxidants. It should be noted that lycopene is fat-soluble and not soluble in water. Therefore, when cooking tomatoes, it is appropriate to add a small amount of oil so that lycopene can be absorbed more effectively by the body.
Material:
8 tomatoes
2 strips of celery (chopped into fine pieces)
1 teaspoon tangerine peel
sugar 2 tsp
